Maura is very knowledgeable and explains things in a very straightforward, concise, and clear manner. If she doesn’t know the answer, which didn’t happen often, she would tell you and would find out the answer. My house sold for nearly 30K more than what some other agents wanted to list it for, but Maura is not about promising to sell your house for more than other agents; she simply takes the time to thoroughly research and uses clear logic in her decisions.
