In addition to securing your home physically, so that you feel safe living there as you begin to make it your own, we also strongly recommend that you secure your home virtually. Here are a couple of ways you can do so:

Finally, think about joining your neighborhood's Facebook group, if they have one, and also joining a neighborhood group, such as NextDoor, to connect and share with your new neighbors and learn more about your new neighborhood!
