Step 11 To Selling a Home: Putting Your Listings on Zillow, Trulia, REALTOR.com and all the Other Real Estate Sites
Once your property goes live in the MLSs, it will automatically syndicate out to the rest of the real estate websites such as Zillow, Trulia, realtor.com, and dozens and dozens of others (with the depth and breadth of the internet these days, it's more likely hundreds and hundreds). This process takes 24 – 48 hours depending on the site, so please be patient if you don't see it there immediately.
While we don't have direct editing access to many of the syndication sites (for example, Zillow), if you see something about your home that appears to be an error, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to get it corrected. We may be able to tweak the MLS listing to correct the issue or we can reach out, through our network to reach someone at one of those sites who can assist. We triple-check our listings for accuracy, but we definitely want to hear from you if you see an error.
In short, where will your home listing end up? Basically, anywhere someone can search for a home, yours will be there.
